All orders from the USA will be shipped from our warehouse in Columbus, Ohio. We only process orders Monday to Friday before 3PM EST. We cover all customs charges for international shipments. All packages gets sent out using DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).

It depends on where you are. US orders processed will take 2-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-15 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers. and local courier partners. The carrier we will use for your order is entirely dependedn on your location. US orders are usually shipped with USPS.
