What am I covered by?
Our Lifetime Warranty covers the following issues, and we will replace your item free of charge:
- Faulty product
- Accidentally broken
- Issues with your clasp
- Signs of tarnish or fading
How to file a Lifetime Warranty Claim
- Log into our Return Portal using your order details.
- File a Lifetime Warranty Claim by uploading a picture of your damaged item(s), along with a handwritten note displaying your order number.Â
- Select the reason for your claim and choose your replacement item(s).Â
- Our team will review your claim and ship a replacement within 24 hours for FREE to your doorstep.
How long does the process take?Â
We aim to approve or deny Lifetime Warranty Claims within 24 hours. However, during peak seasons or if additional information is needed, processing times may be slightly longer.
What is not covered by our Lifetime Warranty?
Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of items, as well as cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, chips, or scrapes. Additionally, damages caused by accidents, abuse, neglect, or improper use and storage are not covered. Unauthorized modifications or repairs also void the warranty.
Out of stock items
If your claim is approved but your exact item is out of stock, we will issue a gift card or store credit for the original purchase value of your item.
Lifetime Warranty disclaimerÂ
We reserve the right to deny any Lifetime Warranty Claim. This may occur if we suspect the claim is fraudulent, if the item was purchased before our Lifetime Warranty was introduced, or if the item was bought from an unauthorized seller, such as (but not limited to) Facebook Marketplace or eBay.
