  2. Store your jewelry properly: When you're not wearing your BALANZI pieces, store it in your premium BALANZI box  to protect it from scratches and damage. Avoid storing your jewelry in direct sunlight or in damp environments, as this can cause it to tarnish or discolor.

  3. Avoid exposure to chemicals: While our jewelry is resistant to most chemicals, it's best to avoid exposing it to harsh substances like bleach, ammonia, and chlorine. These chemicals can damage the plating on your jewelry and cause it to tarnish or discolor.
